Please read these terms carefully before using Prime Online Academy LMS. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with all security policies, copyrights, and legal guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or subscribing to Prime Online Academy (web portal, mobile application, or physical tuition center services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Single-Device Policy & Account Sharing Prohibition
To protect intellectual property and ensure fair access, Prime Online Academy strictly enforces the following device authentication rules:
- •One Device Per Student: Each student account is strictly bound to one verified primary hardware device (mobile phone or PC) captured upon registration.
- •Simultaneous Login Prohibition: Attempting to log in simultaneously from multiple hardware devices will cause immediate automatic session termination and account lockout.
- •Strictly Non-Transferable: Student accounts, class enrolments, and purchased tute packages are non-transferable and may not be resold, rented, or shared.
- •Device Reset Policy: Device resets are allowed only under genuine circumstances (device replacement or repair) and require verified admin approval.
3. Live Classes, Zoom Attendance & Recordings
Guidelines governing online Zoom lectures and video recordings:
- •Automated Attendance Tracking: Student attendance is electronically logged and synced via Zoom meeting APIs to monitor real-time class participation.
- •Watermarked HD Recordings: Video recordings are accessible on your student portal and embedded with dynamic anti-piracy student watermarks.
- •Strict Anti-Recording Rule: Screen recording, capturing, downloading, or redistributing live/recorded lessons is illegal and punishable under Sri Lankan intellectual property law.
4. Fees, Subscriptions & Refund Policy
Terms governing class fees and transaction settlements:
- •Payment Verification: Access to monthly classes and exams is activated upon automated online card processing or manual bank slip approval by our finance team.
- •Monthly Deadlines: Course fees must be paid before the specified monthly deadline to maintain continuous access to live sessions and study packs.
- •Non-Refundable Policy: All class fee payments, registration charges, and postal tutorial package fees are strictly non-refundable.
5. NFC Smart Cards & Tutorial Courier Delivery
Terms governing physical tutorial study packs and student identification:
- •NFC Student Smart Cards: Students may obtain a physical NFC Smart ID card for attendance verification during physical examination hall sessions.
- •Courier Delivery: Printed tute packs and revision materials are dispatched via registered courier services to your provided residential address.
- •Delivery Tracking: Real-time courier tracking numbers are updated in your Student Dashboard and notified via SMS/WhatsApp.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials, video recordings, graphics, logos, exam papers, and system source code published on Prime Online Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Online Academy and respective faculty. Reproduction, sale, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
